Ezra Miller to Play “The Flash” in “Batman v. Superman,” and I Don’t Care

(As you may be able to tell, I have lost all ability to mask my disdain at all things DC movie universe. But on with the article… )
Ezra Miller (“The Perks of Being a Wallflower”) has been cast as the Flash for an appearance in “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice,” but it is still unknown as to what capacity we will be seeing any of the second tier JLA-ers in. Miller’s casting also has led some non-disillusioned fans to speculate as to which of the men to bear the mantle of the Flash he will be playing.

Check out the First Images of Professor Zoom on “The Flash!”

With the pilot episode aired and encored, there’s not a huge amount of stuff to delve into for this budding superhero series. We do, however, have some shots from the set of a future episode, featuring a throwing between the Flash and longtime nemesis Professor Zoom. For those who don’t know, Professor Zoom is sort of the Anti-Flash, meaning that he’s like an evil version, not that he’s completely the opposite and has three-toed-sloth-based-powers or something like that.
But, even if you didn’t know that, you might have gotten it from context clues in the following photos.

CW’s Complete “FLASH” Costume Revealed
Posted by pattyinreallife
A promo image has emerged revealing the Flash’s full costume for the upcoming CW solo series. A textured fabric covers the body, which seems like it would actually create drag… Plus armoured bits appear to cover the wrists, the head, and parts of the chest, back, thighs, and calves.
Overall, though, it does stick to the classic Flash red and yellow. Just with that now cliche DC movie superhero costume flair.
What do you think?
Personally… Those gloves look ill-fitted and his shoes look oddly soft.
We’ll post updates as better quality and fuller pictures emerge.
