This one is a really hard one for me review just because I am such a huge fan of Midnighter AND Apollo. They are my favorite superhero/vigilante couple. I’m going to try to write this review without bringing that up too much (that’s a lie, but I’ll try)… I’ll leave that to another post…it’s going to be a long and ranty one.
I honestly put off reading the comic for a few days to prepare myself. I was still not prepared. I’m very picky about my pairings, and that one was one that had never really been deviated from so I was very shocked to read that the writer was not going to have Midnighter and Apollo together, but once again, I’ll leave that to another post (still lying).
Just as I was about to give up on the entire line of Batwoman, they throw this in my face!
Before the New 52 came about my favorite comic was Birds of Prey. I mean, it had Oracle, what else could a girl ask for? One of the lead characters was Black Canary. My feelings towards her are kind of ‘meh’, but as with most female superheroes, I was left wondering where her clothes went.
Alter Ego: Dinah (Drake) Lance (Queen)

- martial arts

Welcome to a quick (okay, not so quick) guide to helping to save the Magic Kingdom!
As all should be aware the Magic Kingdom is under constant threat of numerous Villains, the leader in this threat seems to be Hades, who has access to all villains alive and dead (a little creepy when you think about it too much). Disney World is always on the look out for heroes to help save the Magic Kingdom. If you’re a willing volunteer, unafraid the perils of villains and throngs of masses also attending the festivities of the Magic Kingdom, then you can become a Secret Sorcerer.
Once you’ve taken the ferry or the monorail over to the awe inspiring world of Disney World’s Magic Kingdom, you find yourself on the streets of Main Street USA. If you’re lucky the first thing you’ll see will be a horse…
…and that horse will be pulling a car full of happy peppy singers…
If you’re like me, once you’ve recovered from the frightened shock of the energy these positive creatures exude, and your eye has stopped twitching because it’s still just 9:00AM, you’ll want to make you’re way over to the Firehouse.

With the opening of How to Train Your Dragon 2 far too slowly approaching, a lot of merchandise to feed the dragon craving has been coming out. In April Funko POP! will be releasing their popular figurine versions of the awesome characters!
Meanwhile I’m still waiting for the kids to hit puberty, which is when I assume they get their Scottish accents.
The Hero, who apparently he takes a lot after his mother
Astrid’s Deadly Nadder:
Snotlout’s Monstrous Nightmare:
Ruffnut and Tuffnut’s Hideous Zippleback
And Last and Best and only(?) Hiccup’s Night Furry:
Can it be June already? I guess I’ll sate myself with the cartoon for now, but the season finale is this Wednesday!
Welcome to the first chapter of Costume Dynamics. As most of you are well aware, female superheros tend to get the short end of the skirt when it comes to costumes. Apparently the majority of protective gear or fabric in general went to their male counterparts. This first chapter will focus on a superhero who doesn’t need to fear even really getting hurt, so her costume should be pretty simple, whatever the hell she feels like. Yet… it still doesn’t work. Ladies and Gents, I give you Supergirl!
Alter Ego: Kara Zor-El/Linda Danvers
- super strength
- super speed
- heat vision
- heightened sensory
