Once Upon a Time Winter Finale – “Heroes and Villains” Review

A lot happens in this episode… Probably because a lot didn’t happen in so many of the early episodes of this season. This wraps up the “Frozen” storyline, thank goodness, and introduces the fourth season’s second half’s conflict and new characters.

Ugh, do I have to?

Ugh, do I have to?

Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff are looking for a way home when Emma discovers that there is still a magical barrier around Storybrooke. Rumplestiltskin is still planning to make off with his wife and leave the town. He still has Hook’s heart as well. And, with her heart now safely back in her chest, Marian tells Regina that she understands that years have passed since she “died,” that Robin has moved on, that he and Regina and Robin love each other, and that she’ll respect her (former? ish?) husband’s choice of lover.

Mark Hamill will be returning to TV as Trickster.

News broke today that Mark Hamill will be reprising his role as Trickster on CW’s The Flash.  Mark Hamill originally played the character on the 90’s Flash series on CBS.

His character will be a bit different in this version:

“In this new iteration, The Trickster is an anarchist terrorist con man serving a life sentence in Iron Heights who helps Barry (Grant Gustin) and Det. West (Jesse L. Martin) to foil the city-wide attacks of a wannabe Trickster eagerly following in the original’s deadly footsteps. The episode will reunite him with John Wesley Shipp who went up against him as the original ‘Flash’ on the CBS version.”

CW is going a bit of a different route, the Trickers will not be the goofy prankster that he had been in the original version.  It will still be nice to see Mark Hamill back in the role and to see him reunited with original Flash – John Wesley Snipp.

This is not Hamill’s first time playing a comic books character, he is very well known as the voice of the Joker from Batman: The Animated Series.  He reprised that role in Arkham Asylum and Akrham City video games.

He is probably most known for playing Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars films.  We can see him reprise that role next year in Star War: The Force Awakens.

We will see him first as the Trickster next spring on The Flash.

ONCE S4E10 – “Fall”

In this episode, we are treated to even more of a tease. DAMN IT, I want to see these mofos tear each other apart, already!

Shattered glass storm, incoming! Everybody hide the lemons and vinegar because this is gonna sting.

Maybe I need to stop following this show with TWD right away…

 TWD S5E8 – “Coda”

Mid-Season finale. Let’s just jump right on in.

Notice the photo of Evil Bob and son on the dash? Pretty sure Rick saw it, too. Also pretty sure he doesn't give a fuck.

Notice the photo of Evil Bob and son on the dash? Pretty sure Rick saw it, too. Also pretty sure he doesn’t give a fuck.

Evil Bob is on the run, being hunted by walkers and Rick in a squadcar alike, but not for long as Rick runs the motherfucker down. Evil Bob asks for help as Rick gets out of the car, saying that he thinks his back is broken, like that wasn’t Rick’s idea. Like Rick wasn’t trying to kill him to keep him from escaping and doing who knows what with the knowledge of Rick’s groups whereabouts/plans. Evil Bob asks to be taken back to the hospital, saying that he had done that for one of his, but Rick says you can’t go back. A possible reference to Morgan..? Well, either way, rick puts a bullet in his head, so… Whomp whomp.
