I Ain’t Afraid of No Ghost! – “Ghostbusters” Sequel to Feature Funny Female Cast!
Director Paul Feig has confirmed that a “Ghostbusters” sequel is finally in the works. For those unfamiliar with Feig’s work, he has directed such memorable (and frankly fantastic) female-driven comedies as “Bridesmaids” and “The Heat.” He also brought us the short-lived cult classic “Freaks and Geeks,” and played the role of Mr. Eugene Pool on “Sabrina, the Teenage Witch.”
With a director like that, I’m already psyched! But let’s also throw in that he’s teaming up with “The Heat” wwriter Katie Dippold again to pen the script!
FUCK. YES.
Next step is casting. Although there’s no definite word on who from the original cast will be returning… Who do you want to see added to the cast? Tell us your favourite funny ladies!
